On dealing with hundreds of cases of varied nature every year, we gained considerable expertise and knowledge on the practical and legal aspects of the many hazards that can afflict a carrier or transport operator in today’s complex and sophisticated shipping and transport industry.

Our staffers would perform most of the cargo and vessel survey work themselves. Whenever expert assistance is required to help to resolve a problem, we can rely on a well-established network of lawyers and experts of various disciplines who perform under our supervision and control.
