Electronic Newsletters
Personal data from individuals subscribing to PROINDE’s newsletters is collected via registration forms available on our website. This data includes the subscriber’s email address and name and, optionally, their job position and company name. All electronic newsletters are sent through external LGPD/GDPR-compliant email marketing service providers, which offer information such as email openings, click performance, predicted demographics (gender and age range) and geolocation.
All personal information in our mailing list is securely stored and will be permanently deleted when the user unsubscribes. Users can opt out of our list at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link embedded at the footer of our email newsletters or by contacting the company’s DPO.
