Derossi is a Deck Officer and Mechanical Engineer and has spent three years sailing on bulk carriers. He worked for five years in the industrial area of Rio de Janeiro and twelve with Docenave, where he rounded most departments, particularly the commercial, bunkering and insurance divisions. He joined Proinde in 1998 and handles all types of P&I, H&M and FD&D claims.

Joined in 2005. He read Mechanical Engineering and worked for two years as a safety inspector in the Safety, Health and Environmental Department of Petrobras/Transpetro, where he assisted with shipboard personal safety practices. Jorge graduated in Law in 2006 and has attended various quality and environmental management courses. He handles all types of P&I, H&M and FD&D claims.
