Derossi is a Deck Officer and Mechanical Engineer with three years of sailing experience aboard bulk carriers. He worked for five years in the industrial sector in Rio de Janeiro and spent twelve at Docenave, gaining experience across various departments, particularly in the commercial, bunkering, and insurance divisions. He joined Proinde Rio in 1998 and handles all types of P&I, H&M, and FD&D claims with particular expertise in people’s claims.

Jorge joined Proinde Rio in 2005. He studied Mechanical Engineering and worked for two years as a safety inspector in the Safety, Health and Environmental Department of Petrobras/Transpetro, where he assisted with shipboard personal safety practices. He graduated in Law in 2006 and has completed various courses in quality and environmental management. Jorge handles all types of P&I, H&M and FD&D claims and has gained sifnificant hands-on experience in assisting liability insurers and shipowners in managing oil spill incidents.
